About me

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing individual therapy to adults in Southern California, with a primary focus on serving clients in Los Angeles County through secure telehealth services. I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology and have advanced training in Industrial Organizational psychology, which informs my work with both individuals and organizations. I accept both private pay and insurance.

I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, burnout, grief and loss, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of the clients I support are high-functioning and capable, yet feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel aligned with their values or goals. Others are processing loss, uncertainty, or significant change and are seeking a thoughtful space to gain clarity and emotional support.

My therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I take time to understand your concerns within the context of your life, relationships, and personal history and tailor therapy to your goals and needs. Sessions often focus on reducing anxiety and stress, strengthening emotional regulation, and developing insight into patterns that affect well-being and relationships.

I use an integrative approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and psychodynamic therapy. This allows us to address present-day symptoms while also exploring the deeper emotional and relational experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others. I place strong emphasis on self-awareness, self-compassion, and creating a therapeutic relationship where you feel supported and understood.

In addition to individual therapy, I also design and facilitate mental health and burnout prevention workshops for organizations. My training in Industrial Organizational psychology allows me to bridge clinical insight with workplace well-being, leadership development, and sustainable performance. This work informs my clinical practice and deepens my understanding of the real-world pressures many clients face in professional environments.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, burnout, grief, or navigating a period of transition, therapy can be a meaningful step forward. I welcome you to reach out to explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
