INDIVIDUAL therapy

(Click Above to Learn More)

Individual therapy is a space for you to slow down, reflect, and work through what’s been weighing on you without judgment, pressure, or having to “have it all figured out.”

I work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, burnout, grief and loss, trauma, relationship stress, and major life transitions. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or disconnected on the inside.

Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and practical. We focus not only on symptom relief, but on helping you understand yourself more deeply, strengthen emotional resilience, and create lasting change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.

What You Can Expect from Individual Therapy

  • A supportive, non-judgmental space where your experiences are taken seriously

  • Tools to manage anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and stress more effectively

  • Deeper insight into patterns that keep showing up in relationships or work

  • Support processing grief, loss, or unresolved experiences from the past

  • Help reconnecting with your values, boundaries, and sense of self

Sessions are tailored to your goals and may focus on immediate coping strategies, deeper emotional work, or a blend of both.

My Therapeutic Approach

I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based and insight-oriented therapies to meet your unique needs:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you identify unhelpful thought patterns, reduce anxiety, and respond to stress in more balanced and empowering ways. This approach is especially helpful for anxiety, overthinking, and burnout.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Mindfulness supports emotional regulation, nervous system calming, and staying present rather than feeling consumed by worry or past experiences. We work on building awareness without self-criticism.

Psychodynamic Therapy
This approach explores how past experiences, relationships, and attachment patterns influence how you feel and relate today. It’s especially helpful for long-standing emotional patterns, relationship struggles, and healing from earlier life experiences.

Together, these approaches allow us to address both symptoms and root causes, helping change feel meaningful not just temporary.
